If you bought before Covid you are probably good; but prices just do not make sense now.

Bought it at an auction, property was owned by the statem paid $27,000. 

I don't know anyone who has bought or sold via classifieds here although I am sure it happens.

My spouse and I have bought and sold over 20 properties in the Atlanta area over the past 35 years.

I have not bought anything that’s already built or in another state but trying to find another state with lower barriers to entry.

I bought it sight unseen as I viewed it as a small development project, did my due diligence up front and didn’t really care about the state of the house.There were 5 offers on the property to which I ended up knowing a few of the other bidders.

However, moving forward I will like to purchase our next property in a more decent neighborhood. thanks for the suggestion, we bought some cameras 

After someone else bought it I alerted the buyer's agent to the error so their client could get it corrected. 

I bought the properties in cash: one for $114k and the other for $123k.

I had a friend who bought one in Phoenix in around 2006... yeah.
