After doing some prelim research and talking to these companies who will do the installation work for me, it feels like there is generaly negative perception around Manufactured home but if they are done right and on proper foundation, it is difficult to differentiate them prefab homes.

On a $200k, $250k home, it's a big cost, and those consumer base don't convey a value perception that will net a ROI. 

An attractive design can reinforce the perception of a personalized and unique experience, driving more bookings.

@John BakerIt's Funny I actually held the same perception previously about my concern and skepticism for selling rehabbed homes in some of the lower income neighborhoods in the city.

We have a real shortage of both homes for sale and apartments for rent in NH, especially in the towns you mentioned, although Rochester is significantly behind Dover and Portsmouth in terms of perception from buyers.

That's really interesting- the perception from the outside, especially on Instagram, is that you send someone a DM, and just like that you're partners!
