We're scouting out more properties, but due to the market there FEW active listings.

Not sure which location you're scouting.

Primary markets are better for scouting bargains and forcing appreciation to sell at some point in the near future.

@Jonathan Pflueger, I like to use all 3, Zillow, Redfin and Trulia apps when out and about scouting available MLS properties.
