I am finding even though you dont really hit the rules that are on BP. 1%  2% was 10 years ago.no income tax. and property Taxs half or more of other markets so cash flow is not as bad as some would think when you add that all in. plus late model houses which are all built with stucco siding and tile roofs and NO hail  and desert landscaping and soil that does not move..

The tax number you have is current and it rides out for the rest of the year.

I'm holding tight and riding everything out.

Many of these folks are the ones who may be in for a rough ride.

I would not buy right now, but wait a few months to buy so one may ride the recovery phase if the recession only lasts for 6 months.

If AirBnB is simply looking to ride the PR coattails by not making any financial contribution to compensate homeowners, they are not doing right by them.
