An up to date tenant quality map would really help me make better decisions as I expand; I'm 100% remote from several states away.I plan on expanding my Akron and Canton holdings, but I might be convinced to start picking up properties in Cleveland too if the numbers work better with similar levels of managed risk.

Make them based on what your tenants need (not want) which would also allow for them to customize (furniture use) to their tastes.I wrote a book on this a number of years ago that touches on a lot of these things, but it was focused on my specialty, "Energy Efficient, cost effective homes".

Picking through the "rooms for rent" section on craigslist I saw an ad looking for a roommate for $375 a month with pictures of my living room, bedrooms, kitchen, etc..
