i discovered about Biggerpocket though a book that i innitially bought on audible.com "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down" by Brandon Turner. i wich i had know about Biggerpockets sooner. i would have probably been closer to my goal by now. as a starte, i am looking to whosale first in order to raise capital for flipps & buy & hold properties.
