I am actually very much so considering the National Guard. 

I hired a security guard to escort the locksmith, the owner, and I to the property.

That said, the higher prices have had the benefit of shaking loose a lot of what I like to call "good old boy" properties: things held in families for a couple of generations, or owned by older guard investors who have been somewhat out of touch with the market. 

Have you tried a screen door protector or a door push guard?

Keep your guard up and ask questions, but at least here, it's not unethical.

But Ryan Murdock came with me to the meeting with the seller just for fun, but he ended up playing a huge role in breaking down the seller's guard and helping me negotiate the price and lock up the contract.

Does he need an armed guard for his work truck while he is inside working?
