To you the commission may largely be about finding a tenant, but to the tenant they want an expert to make sure that they are getting the right terms and rate that they should be paying and not overpaying for a space.

Remember, the notion of amassing wealth without investing is a dangerous myth perpetuated by self-proclaimed experts.

As you start, remember that every expert was once a beginner, so take your time to absorb as much knowledge as you can.

When I worked with them, they were extremely reasonable with their borrowers when credit was not available to figure out working solutions, which steamed from the due diligence and experience they did on the borrowers.Corey Dutton, DFA does not prevent HML on primary residence, it does put rules around loans as they relate to primary residence.
