Interestingly, the exterior photos appear to be a bold orange, but it is actually a darker shade of red.  

I did not complain one time to my job, just was expressing my thoughts when you're the only one sweating in 100 degrees direct in the sun  working hard, while your boss is passing water bottles out to others working in the shade.

Non-real estate friends, nope... they'll just look at you confused/jealous, and will quickly throw shade at you and  say "I couldn't do it"--- no crap, that's why you aren't!

If the tenant is paying regularly  and asking for reasonable things, lying or shading the truth is not quite the best practice.  

Hi Scott,You are correct...a split can be many shades of grey.  

Or if you just want to make a fee, find a property, bring it to a buyer, and get them to pay you a finders fee.This whole "I put properties under contract that I don't intent to buy, and then try to assign the contract or double close" is shade as f***

The world is not black and white, just shades of gray.

A couple are in NY & NJ and they paint a much darker picture than those I've spoken to in North & South Carolina, Illinois and Arizona, for example.  

I'm also in the Fort Lauderdale area.You can probably find me in the shade of a tiki bar, drowning my sorrows in a bucket of Dos Equis.Stay thirsty, my friend.

@Jeremy Hua, things that are broken after we inspected the house are the shades and a window frame.
