Be sure to communicate with the tenant and try to come to some sort of an agreement. 

I think if the deal is communicated and spelled out clearly you can avoid a mess later on.

Being upfront, honestly, and clear communication is definitely at the top of the list.

Good TK and PM companies who work with out of state investors must communicate the good and the bad.  

Do they do what they say they will.8) Make sure your partner has the same work ethic as you.9) Make sure that you find a partner that can communicate.

Open communication is key to any business.

Public speaking or communication is more my strong suit.With Rocket Mortgage catering to millennials I'm concerned getting and keeping a MLO license may cost more and yield less.I have a school lined up for either career path.
