Right to assign or buy
OK We have spoken to seller that is willing to sell their duplex and single family for 90,000. I need to know which agreement to present to them. To lock in the price and the right to buy or assign the deal.

You could send them a normal purchase and sale agreement and where the buyers name goes just put " and or assigns " after that. If your going to wholesale the property dont mislead the seller that you are buying if you have no intentions in doing so.
