I had the same concern on valuations.  

@Damein White some great points by others concerning increases in rental rates and/or lowering of energy bills than a guaranteed increase in resale price.

I think a lot of the concerns here revolve around using their call center where you don't have an advocate that you can always work with.

We would never move anywhere where our safety would be a concern or where our quality of life would diminish outside of our preferred range. 

I am concerned about damage and noise of course thank you.

The market is always evolving and Mark is on the Front Lines along with his students.I felt an instant connection to Mark, he truly is concerned about his student's success, not just selling training material.I found Mark's community to be incredible. 

Being that this property will be out of state (I live in NYC, property will be purchased in Ohio), I am hoping this should alleviate any concerns of me moving into the property haha!

They can continue to suffer without my concern. 

You are not considered in the "rental business" until you reach 3 units, but only so far as TPT is concerned.
