For example NY is very tenant friendly and Las Vegas is very landlord friendly.

Out here in Vegas, you can still buy SFRs for $175k ish and can rent it for 1000-1100.

Hi Justin,I have experience in Vegas, and they do not consider under asking price offer, or if they do, it takes a whine.

We used to live in a property and rented the other out in Las Vegas NV.  

We have a recent bankruptcy after dumping two homes in Las Vegas after the crash in 2008.
