Every time we are there getting it rent ready, dozens of people stop by wanting info on it.My brother-in-law (who lives in Mississippi and has HVAC business) and I think that they should keep them and just let us take over the taxes, mortgage, maintenance, and management of them.

It’s probably much less ideal for anyone that lives east of the Mississippi without a good team.

Yeah that hail storm was nuts, I was on working on st street when it hit but my car was fine, my wife was parked at umc like 2 miles south and her car had tons of damage.Good to hear from somebody with a "good" opinion about Mississippi :)
