While graduate students care more about the lifestyle, and might not like to live in this dorm.

It is always the tenant's fault (except the time they did spread from above, which we discovered because the tenant's lifestyle was so inconsistent with a bedbug problem that we looked elsewhere and found the problem immediately), and it's always been (for me, anyway) much more inconvenient for the tenant than it was for me.
