Good evening Bigger Pockets members, my Name is Jared B. I am currently 22 at the moment and am barely starting out w Wholesaling Real-estate, whether it be local or virtually. Right now I am learning as much as I can so I can actually get started and land my first deal. I am looking for either a JV (Joint-Venture) partner or Mentor around the Inland Empire area who can teach me the Ins & Outs of wholesaling real estate. My goal is to close at least 1 deal before 2022 starts or at least JV a couple deals and learn from there. I am really motivated and determined to hustle under any means necessary to change my current lifestyle so if your willing to teach a prodigy at works, I'm willing to learn from an experienced master at hand. Thank you and I hope to hear from the community soon 🙏🏽
