Interesting to see once Trump becomes president what effects his administration has on the market.When I researched the New Jersey MLS (which serves mainly Bergen County), median home price are up 9% from 2011, but average price is only up 2% for single family homes.When I compare the height of the market in 2008 to 2016 in Bergen County, the median home price is down 5% and the median is down 9%, so we aren't back to those inflated levels.

Looks like you met someone from Trump's family.I think you need to probe around see how legit she is.

Russia,Venezuela,Brazil, etc are the majority of the buyers at the high end and I guess the worry with me is potential trump headaches for those guys and if their money goes away in the 3-4 years the building reno would take.From an investment standpoint what do you think a 15-20M total reno of the pool,lobby,grounds would do to a condo trading currently at $750/sq ft in an area where $1200-2000/sq ft is the norm
