I have some property in Wheat Ridge as well as West Denver.

They did a huge renovation of my primary 3 years ago and more recently did such a nice job on  a cosmetic rehab on Heather Ridge the unit leased $100/mo over market.

From the forums, was interested in a few such as Northside, Avondale, Hyde Park, Norwood, and Pleasant Ridge.
