Sumner would be a near by gem as well, a lot of parents flock there for the school district.

But every now and then a gem can come thru.The main concern with bandit signs is that most cities or counties now have ordinances against use of these types of signs.  

Homes are all vintage 2011-2013 and seem to be in good shape.

Many new investors think deals grow on trees but as you know it takes hard work and research to uncover a gem. 

So many little gems
