@Justin Pounds HML are private lenders but HML are usually in the business of lending, they must lend in order to stay in business whereas private lenders are usually not in the business of lending, they are open to it but do not have to do it.

Penny wise and pound foolish.Hire a contractor that will pay you or credit you for work you can do;But, you must do it correctly,do it on time as required,not do something that hangs other subs waiting for you or getting in their way,And, get a 1099 because if you don't you'll be overstating your flip income and understating your earned income.

I was delicate before- struggled hard to get me and my credit to where I could begin doing something, and now feel like some giant money vampire has decided to feed on me. i can't do this any more. i have a wife with no kidneys and on home hemo dialysis 5-6 days per week 6-8 hours per treatment, and getting unwanted pay cuts is no way for a 54 year old to live.

I would use a floor roller to, however, i was cheap and used a hammer to pound where the tiles connected, and it worked great!
