When rates come down, there will be more supply than true demand.

The husband has told me he got the bank to agree not to come after him for deficiency - not sure if that's true or he just didn't know what he's talking about, he seemed pretty out of the loop on a lot of the information, but he's not interested in getting the house back.

He's also an active investor in the area. well thats not true you can buy sub 100k fixers in basically every rust belt city and deep south mid west city..

Why do you think you get a walk through.. that is not done with a true foreclosure unless a door is a jar and you just walk in.
