From my experience oakhusr is more reachable in winter months than other placesI have been in operation for a little over two years my first slow season was awful, I can’t really give you an accurate number but somewhere around 25-30%.

I have little confidence in what a homeowners policy /w STR rider will cover, because no other insurer I've talked to is okay with this for an (essentially) full-time STR operation. 

The only multiday event I've attended was Sumrok;s and I thought the basic training was super valuable and helpful and very very cost effective. 

I moved my properties over to Roost in March (who also operates in Dayton) and have been very happy with them.

There is currently 1 washer/dryer set, regular/non coin operated, in the basement.

No course on wholesaling is worth it because wholesaling is not worth it if you aren't an experienced operator.

Are you hoping for the partner to train you while working together, or would you prefer regular updates on the process?

Good luck Thanks bob you’ve explained how big your operation is and that’s wonderful and all but for us investors who have only a couple properties and can’t “give contractors as much work as they want” I’m looking for a solution.  

Sure there the unlicensed guys that operate differently .
