Would love to share ideas with you if/as you continue to grow your presence in that area as I plan the same -- great market, great renters (at least I've been lucky with such) and hopefully Cerner will bring appreciation -- though my real estate agent says that the other Cerner complex up north didn't do much for the surrounding area...but who knows!
