Keep an eye out for suspicious activity in the unit/smells.If all else fails, send out a notice to all units reminding everyone of rules of lease regarding visitors/illegal activities and violation can result in lease termination.

Still problematic though as every so often someone in the Thai government gets a stick in his craw about foreigners owning Thai land and will look for suspicious holdings like this and then just seize the land.  

If I did, I am sure people would be suspicious of my true intent... learning from and helping good people get started in the business.

I'd say anyone in the country spouting off seller financing stuff would be something I'd be very suspicious of, most in RE are not finance types, they aren't underwriters, they usually view the deal as of today instead of the feasibility and likelihood of underwriting the future with a background of successful experience, like mine that had better loan performance than most portfolio loans at the banks.

So I did some research on his so called website, turns out he copied and paste most info of my questions from there and this made me suspicious.

I pulled my full credit report and can't see anything suspicious or unusual.
