I have made the mistake of purchasing through FCI and regret it.Have purchased from both Granite and Watermark but am still in the resolution process so not sure how these will work out.

As stated before, their rates are very competitive with REIGuard (or NREIG, as REIGuard is simply a product they offer)However, do some digging around here about the claims resolution process with REIGuard when issues do occur and you will likely understand my decision.

When I get a copy of the bylaw report I feel confident that I have enough to evict him on an N7, but the current LTB resolution timeline is up to 8 months (apparently they're still behind from the pandemic backlog).

If the tenant was otherwise a great tenant, no headaches and we are not talking about a huge sum of money I would try to explain but might try to work out some reasonable resolution for July and August, but hopefully your new lease made the upward adjustment to the rent.

Honestly for single family homes any system that offers 1080p resolution will get the job done.
