I have chatted with many, and have considered going the Realtor route but I am not sure if thats what my passion is. 

I have always been interested in real estate and I think that being a real estate agent will combined all of my talents in business, sales, and management along with my passions of investing and helping others.

I hate getting the calls, texts, emails and postcards with a passion but I respect the hustle.

You also likely would partner on a larger deal which frees up time and allows you to work on what you are good at (or passionate for).

If we're going down the ethnic road for advice on how to build a house, it would probably be best to consult a German - lol.While I share your passion for doing things right and making things right when they're wrong, that's original equipment (not the device probably) and the decision to not replace the bracket that holds the wires and acts as middleman for the ground is not a bad one IMO, a decision that many people make, including electricians.

I did not intend to lecture but my passion may have gave that impression.

Hi @Kyle CurtinIt sounds like the things you have a passion for in real estate is the investment related things which you absolutely do not need a license for.I would like to ask what made you get your license in the first place?
