In that time if you are netting $1,500/month - that is $54,000 worth of rental income you would make over the next 3 years.

I’m unable to invest in areas familiar to me as I’m priced out of suburban NJ where I was born and raised.I’m looking to spend $150-$180K on a condo and will need to research viable areas.

I recently analyzed an asset of vacation cabins - where the seller would earn 23% ROI over a 5 year term.   

New to the community here My partner and I have are experienced residential investans and in 2024 we switched over to commercial.

We do have a few other investments besides RE, but they are baby investments.I'm very comfortable with my RE investments which have proven themselves over the last 30 years.

It's very tempting when you look at what you'll get pais out over the 30 years as comparedto the selling price.

We lived all over Farmington Hills, Livonia , Westland and have properties in those areas.
