Your concerns are merited.

One has merit and will be addressed the other 3 don't (like I want the deck stained) and probably won't be done.I'm sure that this list is just a knee jerk reaction to being called on the carpet.Obviously I'm not going to renew them when it comes up next year. 

I also have a question on the merit of changing garages to bedrooms.

Just because several bozos formed and misused their LLC's and corporations doesn't mean these entities are without merit.

Bill Gulley, while that is common thought around ethical practice and common belief about outcome I am not sure it carries true merit.

As long as you can find a non typical example of the industry (These are what I call "willing and able real estate professionals") to represent your interests then the relative merits of the listing agent's integrity are less significant but still an obvious factor.

I've been researching Renatus since then, and everything i've found tells me I made the right decision.Some people aren't as hard on Renatus, saying that there might be some merit in their program but it is grossly overpriced.  

This thread has little merit for anyone but the troll at this point.  

Seems like a lot of work and you would need to be talking about a good chunk of capital and a significant amount of deals/income to even merit taking a closer look at such a strategy.  

I wish you the best but your plan lacks merit or forethought.
