I hear of capital raisers who have worked with high net-worth individuals such as physicians, doctors, attorneys, etc., but not social media influencers and Youtube Stars.

I am right now marketing to medical professionals who usually are staying for 3 month contracts.

If CLE really is the place - look into downtown condos where plenty of doctors, medical residents are looking for good walkable areas and better buildings.

If a tenant fell, broke their neck or a limb and sued for medical bills and lost time from work, etc., it could easily be above and beyond your umbrella policy.

Like most situations (e.g. real estate agent, doctor..., etc.) its really the person and his/her expertise and your "fit" together. 

One huge plus for us is that we have a great health care system and an aging population so there will always be a demand for healthcare workers, because of this we have many traveling nurses and doctors that move here and rent for a few years.

Western University opened up in 2011 invited a large amount of medical students and other health services. the growth started a bit slow but seeing the success of the university and its efforts to expand investors are flocking this town.There are many more things going on in more towns but this post has gotten too long and I will leave the rest for another post.
