Does anyone have any experience renting out houses as crash pads for flight crews?

Long story short, I was up all night before a 6am flight dealing with an emergency plumber, all of our towels were ruined, and I now put "only flush toilet paper" signs over every toilet I have full or partial ownership of.

I'm helping a young lady I know who is currently in flight school buy stocks.

The sad answer is that their demand has been declining because of two reasons: (1) Though my building is close to 2 hospitals, younger MDs are choosing to colocate within the hospital over buying/leasing their own space because hospitals are subsidizing space to lure doctors (2) The town has been in transition to a lower middle class town with flight of caucasian families to neighboring towns and their replacement by families of color.

My husband is a retired engineer who spent almost 40 years playing with airplanes in flight test.

Flights now come into Seattle north and south of the city.

Also, there is an airport here, so that helps if people come in by flight.

Everyone that said "DMM works", i dare you to send your family off on one of these planes and say "Have a good flight dear.. and good luck, fingers crossed".No?

Add in access to a well-designed airport that has nonstop flights to most of the country.

Stockton airport now has direct flights to Los Angeles!
