The house had been vacant for 8 years, so the majority of the chemicals had disipated.

Now I was also told by an exterminator, that any home built in the before mid 70's, probably had yearly treatments with a chemical that was so potent, its probably still active in those homes.

I've attached my initial analysis so please critique harshly!

They spray some chemical around the house, and it goes a certain depth into the soil and creates a chemical barrier the termites cant pass through.
