@Svetlana Foley I got a chuckle out of your post.. this run to an attorney at the drop of a hat and class action suits that's too funny.... this certainly does not sound that dire.. its 3k dollars... no attorney is going to look into a 3k problem.. now a wipe out IE you lose all your money I get that but this is just one of those things that the portal will need to deal with so they don't have negative on line threads kind of like this one....

If you are doing "GC" tasks - but not actually wearing the GC hat - then don't do "GC" tasks - do your regular Construction Admin tasks, but increase it to do the Construction Management.
