Water Submetering in NY
So my husband and I closed on our first investment property. It is a 2 family (2bedrooms over 2bedrooms). We are looking into ways to bring down our cost and have utilities paid by the tenants is one way. We heard on one of the podcast about Submetering. Has anyone used this? How does it work? Is it worth it? Also can anyone recommend a company that works in NY and for a small property? A few years hat I have found only work with 50+ units. Thanks.
