I think it is more my conscious deciding what is right/wrong rather than logical thinking.With them being new tenant to me, I know I don’t want to start off in a bad foot where they resent me and miss appropriately treat the property out of spite.

I somehow doubt environmental concerns are driving this seat reservation fee.Now I understand that because the ticket was offered as part of a package, there will be a higher rate of no-shows due to interest in only a piece of the package.

The current owners will be happy to sell (at a reduced price, of course), the laws will be relaxed, and the environmental policies will (hopefully) have been stabilized.Let it shake out, and take that time to learn as much as possible.

Im buying the property for 20% more than the land value, its a complete steal but there is a bad environmental issue with the lead paint, I own other rentals but have never dealt with this before.
