These types of properties are rather unique unto themselves, how to best lease, duration of tenancy, what ideal tenants value and de-value, how they act in regards to management etc etc.

Once I build more equity I might not do this but since I’m starting out I think it’s important so I can build a better D/E ratio for future investments.

I put on solar panels on my last property, huge waste of money, I would of profited much more if I didn't.
