In your experiences what websites or software works well for getting leads with accurate data?

Our lawyer got written confirmation from the city they would not enforce the setback requirements, since the sign was legal before and only their desire to annex land changed the situation.

Note too that in Wake County, unlike decades past, there is no meaningful "foreclosure discount" (defined as the fact that winning courthouse bid prices were generally (historically) much lower due to the forced sale feature of NC statutes and Deed of Trust Power of Sale clauses) and this is confirmed by a recent Fannie Mae study.

Or is there a way to get software that can do it?

I'm a software engineer for a company called Accenture but I dabbled in underwriting multifamily on the side.

Lucky I did as the poor person who responded confirmed that her identity was stolen.I have another rental and a prospective tenant and want to see if there is a way I can verify her identity.  

After looking into the software it looks like it will be ok especially since we only have 4 doors right now and are local. 

I don't think there are any other viable businesses to enter and run with cash flow and fewer concerns than RE wholesaling, unless you are in IT and have the next best selling software to sell or have millions of dollars in cash you can  invest in a business where you pay someone else to run it for you. 

I tried to look this up online but cannot find any information to confirm or refute this claim.
