We were very unhappy with the timeliness and quality of the work on this project as well as the quality of our communications with Ryan Poske (CEO at Bildwise and our primary point of contact).

What strategies have you found most successful in ensuring clear communication, trust, and mutual satisfaction?

How do they communicate with you about repairs and such?

The problem is it sucks, it barely works, it's surprisingly unintuitive for something so simple, and barely any guests actually use it.Which is kind of the same reason we're not discussing this on Google+ while wearing our Google glasses and talking about which version of Google Stadia is best to put into our homes as we communicate with our cleaners through Google Hangouts.While google obviously has a few big hits like Maps/Flights/Gmail, the majority of google releases follow the same pattern of great technology, horrible interface, no marketing, and eventual abandonment by Google.

If we go by the BRRRR method, we're already going to buy and rehab it, then would it not make sense to just flip it at that point and cut out the need to deal with tenants, home damage/repairs, refinancing, etc.?

My long-term strategy involves using the "stacking" method for the first 5 years, acquiring multiple duplexes/fourplexes to maximize my return on investment.
