With another Multifamily added, I can't imagine how to functionally remain in the Stone Age.Please be kind enough to provide recommendations for Cloud Based services, preferably with an App, that will help me move my current 8 Plex into the Cloud (& preferably accompanying App) and help me prepare for the new acquisition. 

The abstract also serves as a cloud on title which will prevent the tenant from selling or purchasing property (in-state), unless your judgment is satisfied.

eXp - as a cloud based brokerage - is great for part timers because you're not paying for what you don't use (franchise, office, etc.), and you are given all the training and support that everyone else gets, regardless of how big or little of a producer you are.  

you might try some of the new national brokerages like eXP that is more cloud based...You mentioned “...burr/seller agent with a commission split...”.

As long as your tenant base has bank accounts and are internet capable, I’d always use Cozy, Apartments.com or Tenant Cloud type services.

Typically, a title company is used to:Search title history to uncover any claims or liens on the property, or a potential cloud on the title.Hold onto earnest money or other monies involved if a broker is not doing so.Provide title insurance to protect the new owner (you).Closing, final signatures and ensuring paperwork is in order.If you do not use a title company then you will need to take care of these items yourself, unless you are using a quitclaim deed or warranty deed, I would highly recommend it.
