Why call it Crash 2.0?.

What ran through my mind was.... since my property is in a gated community, I would need to contact the association and security to let them know guests are arriving and provide the names.

From what I've seen, the successful young commercial brokers partnered with seasoned realtors back in 2007/2008, and utilized their partner's existing network and knowledge to allow them to launch like a rocket ship after the crash.

@Joann LimNon-qualified investors taking out interest only loans is what lead to the market crash 10+ years ago.

I pray I find a opportunity to house hack hear in the Bronx ny .hopefully if the r.e market crashes from hear to next year I’ll find a good deal that would allow me to live house hack.

...She was inside the bank lol ...omg* He did use my Assignment Agreement when it came down to handing me a cashiers check (first step when he arrived), but really it could have been a misc. 

@Gregory Hiban If your family bought the Pocono house before the crash (2008) you will not see the appreciation other places have.

I don't worry about a housing crash.
