Moving into REI is daunting, but everyone I've met so far has been amazing.

My wife and I moved down to Central Florida from Hamburg just over 5 years ago and are running our own brokerage and property management company. 

I'm an investor here in Columbus OH myself and have seen the city's solid and steady growth with strong economic fundamentals driving the market like major companies moving here (Meta, Intel, Google, Amazon, etc), job growth, and population growth.

This is a move in the right direction.

I just helped an 18 unit multifamily owner who sold his property move the funds into the Deferred Sales Trust.

While we sympathized with their situation and wanted to help during the holiday season, we decided to stick with our policy of returning deposits only after move-out.

You can do this without bankruptcy and if you continue those new habits you can move on to buying an investment.

I got in for no money in a C plus community so I made a move.

Once there, they can't be moved.
