I am interested to consider investing in KY Kentucky - will be happy if the members will PM ( private message ) recommend the best towns to invest in KY where there is great value - safe - up and coming becoming trendy or being gentrified pockets and still at great value to buy - also where I can find great PM property managers to manage them and a high ROI - high yield as my major target is buy and hold for high yield and income 

In Chicago, the trend is for banks to sell off the notes for multifamily in packages and at discount before they would take action to foreclose.

Grey is trendy, but not for me.I used eggshell paint for the walls.

Bothell is good but the traffic to get anywhere from there is rough.The current trend is these "apodments" which have a communal living space and each renter has a room that is basically a studio cut in half.

Try to find a name that describes what you do - it can be catchy, unique, fun, but should not be trendy (i.e. iRent).  

I'm totally planning to show up in 'nice' jeans/t-shirt/sneakers
