This discovery has made it such that the entire house (save for tile in the bathroom) is all the same hardwood flooring.

Matted carpet, aged paint, scuffs on tile, etc are all wear and tear in my eyes.  

You can easily replace single tiles and they are cheap.

Of course the first couple days, weeks or months look more like spreading yourself thin, 100 open tabs and email templates blasted out.Then you start seeing patterns.

The pattern is the same for all four counties, higher prices, fewer homes sold.

If I fix all of it, I am probably looking at quite a bit of sheet rock cracking and having to repair most of the doors and cracking tile/grout.  

New laminate flooring, painted cabinets with stainless pulls, tile backsplash, and quartz countertop from a local stone company with a remnant for a good price.

Hello, Does anyone have any good reco's for a handyman to come and redo a master shower and bathroom floor tiles in the Dallas area?

You shouldn’t have to ask any questions, other than what it is, they should have a criteria…EX:Less than 20 years old, 1800-2500sf, 3+bed/2+ bath, 2+ garage, stucco siding, non-flat tile roof, no grass in these zip codes/areas.  

Did you do the tile back splash in the kitchen?
