So in low-income neighborhoods, at least in Milwaukee, and I guess most other larger cities, you will never get away from drugs, as you will never get away from people throwing garbage in your yard, "cutting through" the yard while looking for scrap metal, strangers' cars parked on your parking areas, scary crowds in the alley...You have little control, but if you have suspicions or even strong indicators, the city and the police listens to you, even if it's not your property.

However; at the same time, they bring in alot of strangers into your complex.I have seen some complexes where they have a day every 2-3 months and others that do 2x a year, where they allow yard sales.

You place the video on hidden status until you begin marketing the unit for impending turnover.You would tell the future applicant that you do not want to bring strangers into your renter's home due to privacy and that they can view the unit on youtube.

I figured I can trust strangers on BP, rather strangers on Craigslist.

Elizabeth Colegrove I definitely agree that people shouldn't get their end all be all advice from internet strangers, so yes, please verify that whatever loan YOU get does not have the requirement that you live there for a year (unless you are going to live there for a year).
