I am on the verge of purchasing a stamp from the post office that will allow me to stamp each letter.

The other part of it is that VA has to put their stamp of approval on it.

It seems that some states require that if one of the loan guarantors is closing from outside the US that they must go to the US embassy to have a US registered notary affix their stamp to the document.

He could give s a stamped plan to work with .then get pricing from foundation company's .

I also borrow private money on hand shakes which is great because I don't have to pay recording fees and doc stamps on mortgages required by the state.

Will you put your supplies on "auto" from Amazon or will you always remember to order envelopes, stamps, paper, etc week in and week out?  

I agree with Jonathan Greene , get a structural engineer in and have him sign off (with stamp) that everything structurally is good.
