I also purchased my current SFH (3ish bed 1.5 bath) on a 30 year conventional with 20% down on the 101k property and have a roommate while I'm in school who helps with the bills here (the only reason I could carry both houses as long as I did without being destitute or living off ramen every day).

I am purchasing property that my child will live in with roommates during college.

There are two roommates, one has paid the other hasn't, I haven't cashed that check yet due to fear the who has been late for last 3 months and fearing this being called psrtial payment, can i order the dispossessory for one and not the other?
