Hey everyone, New Military member here in Dayton, Ohio. Currently have a Single Family Rental property out in sunny California at my last base and looking to convert my single family home into a rental after I move stations again. I'll be bouncing around looking for advice and input from forum members and hopefully be able to help some folks out when it comes to some of my own experiences. Thanks for such a great community!
