The property manager stated the reason for the Stop Order was because with no resolution, the dispute could be headed to court and the losing party would have to cover court costs for the prevailing party.Was the property manager within their rights to place a Stop Order on this check? 

I hope a resolution comes through since I know many people have a CO vacation home that is rented while they aren't using it.

But you absolutely can offer it and do a pay,ent request on VRBO or resolution center request on AirBnB for those who want it.

When I did call with an issue, (couldn't view comps using Safari), support was right there, promptly and patiently walking me through a resolution. 

Property manager continues to hold funds in escrow pending resolution, however, no resolution is reached.Tenant is in process of filing small claims case but hasn't yet.

The grace period just means you are losing time to get a resolution with the tenant or get possession of your unit back. 

It might be helpful to have an open and honest conversation to address concerns and find a resolution.

An example would be all judgements, liens, and etc. shall be satisfied, paid in full, and proof of payment(s) or resolution(s) must be rendered prior to executing your option to purchase or purchase.

. :-\ And then that way, you can set up this new/duplicated file on your own QBO subscription, which your new accountant can still wholesale bill for you to pass on those savings (I have clients set up this way - they own the file, but they get billed through me).I hope you're able to come to a resolution on this soon!
