Refinished the wood floors under old carpet.

The side of the house I'm in needs other stuff like new paint throughout and refinished floors.

I've refinished floors, tiled, painted, small electrical, minimal plumbing.

Fixed roof issues and completely refinished the inside of the home.

Completely overhauled- all new wiring/200amp service, insulation, drywall, marble, refinished floors, took down walls, added bathroom to create master bedroom ensuite.

Added new furnace, added A/C, new kitchen, new bath, added shower, refinished hardwood floors, tiled kitchen, bath and entry.

Needs some plaster work from the roof leaks & plumbing cutouts, 2 full baths are pretty much a gut, new lighting, and my team will refinish the floors, replace kitchen & back hall floors, paint, and clean. 

After working full time through my school years, putting myself through college, progressing through a few unfulfilling desk jobs, then starting my own renovation business, then partnering in a food business startup, then growing the renovation business into custom new home construction that ultimately ended up in bankruptcy at the market crash, followed by working a couple more years with a small-but-prominent renovation firm in my area, then recently starting my own business again as a cabinet refinisher... well, I've learned a lot about business - most of it the hard way.

As far as the reno the drywall and the carpentry is removing a small wall in the kitchen to open the area up to the living area and floor are bamboo and will be refinished.
