Guy Noel Can I flip a House to Myself ?

@Guy NoelWhat you’re describing is called a quasi cash out refinance.Since it is not an arms length transaction you would have to disclose your relationship with yourself- no lender would be ok with that- what you could do is a cash out Refinance, which has much lower LTV guidelines (80-85% LTV) than a purchase transaction. If you some how pulled it off, and the lender found out they could call the loan due in full immediately. It may even be punishable as mortgage fraud.

state laws typically say that security deposits must be sent back within 30 days, with an itemized statement outlining what was deducted. if you did not follow your state laws, your punishment is that all deposit is owed to tenant. they can sue you in court and will win that one.everything you stated is something you can bill deposit for, except labor will be thrown out in many states. if you followed the laws and sent back an itemized statement within the proper number of days, you are fine and need not worry.
