I do like to go to Mineral King on occasion.

I've heard great things about the city and it pops into my mind on occasion as a possible nice and reasonably affordable place to move to escape the freezing cold winters!!!!

Hey Zoran,Long time no speak.Yes we have3 separate occasions and non came to fruition.Many start scouting before they even have any funding for the show so it was BS in our case unfortunately.We are in the works with another one at the moment so hopefully that actually happens this time :)Thanks and reach out sometime.Ciao

and if so did you include weasel clauses that would give you the ability to extent your escrow/contract one time with a small extension fee of $50-1000 paid at the time of the extension into escrow account without going back for seller approval, remember to safeguard your earnest money investment with good verbiage in your purchase, wholesale contracts, they are truly money savers again........hope that helps you it helped me on numerous occasion in the past..........

I have called the police upon numerous occasions and they can do nothing because no one monitors growth limits and police have to have a warrant to come on to property.
